APARTMENTS

Guests can choose between two different types of comfortable and spacious apartments in front of the beach, only 20 m from the sea-side between Catania and Taormina. All houses have a sea view, two floors plus the ground floor.

Type 1 apartments are a minimum of 70 square meters on all floors. The apartments can host up to 6 people thanks to the large spacious rooms. The large and furnished living room gives you a sea view while guests are relishing around the table for six people. A comfortable sofa to relax and, if necessary, can be turned into a double bed. A kitchen with breakfast table with refrigerator, stove, crockery, pots, pans, utensils, the ideal place to test your personal skills as a chef. There are two lovely double or twin rooms, a beautiful terrace of 35 square meters with sea view and table for six people, just the place to have breakfast in the morning while the sun is rising up from the sea. Another terrace, of almost 20 square meters, for a breathtaking view of Mount Etna.

Type 2 are sea view apartments of 45 square meters on two floors plus the ground floor and can host up to 4/5 people. The 25 square meter living room overlooking the sea is the central area of the house with a kitchenette equipped with crockery, cutlery, stove and mini-fridge, freezer. In the living room the guests can relax after a lovely day at the sea on a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed. The small balcony is the place to sit while enjoying a nice cup of coffee with sea waves in the background. There is another room with a king size bed or twin beds and, if necessary, a comfortable extra bed can be added on request.
